Will my order be tracked? 

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email. In most cases you will be able to track your order by clicking on the link attached to your order receipt or clicking on the “Track Your Order” in the main menu. If you didn’t receive an email please contact us so we can provide you with the relevant details.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery generally takes between 3-4 days although sometimes this can be sooner. You can track the progress of your order from start to finish using the tracking details provided.

How secure is my personal data?

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission. We use SSL (secure socket layer) technology which is widely used on the internet for processing credit card payments. Your credit card is only used to complete your requested transaction and is not stored on our system.

Can I return my order?

Yes, You may return your order if it has been unopened, within 30 days of original purchase. Once we receive you return we will inspect it. Once we inspect it and it is approved we will then refund the paid amount to your method of original payment. This process generally takes 48 hours.
